Shipping Policies
All packages being sent in for repair and/or evaluation are to be shipped to:
Canadian Location: MEI, 11443 Kingston Street, Unit 12, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 0Y6
United States Location: MEI, 1667 Grant Avenue, Blaine, WA 98230
Shipped packages to previous or incorrect addresses will be sent back to the sender. Please ensure you have our correct address on file and saved correctly in your preferred shipping carriers system. Please include your company and contact information with shipment, as well as any technical information (i.e. Reported Error(s) you may have on any of the units being sent in for repair. Once received, it may take up to (24) hours before information is recorded as received; if you call within that timeframe please ensure you can provide tracking information to locate and/or confirm shipment has been received. If you do not include a Purchase Order or any contact information with shipment it may delay the repair process. Please advise us if your customer is shipping directly to us in advance.
■ Repairs and/or orders will not be shipped without a Purchase Order or valid credit card. Unless otherwise arranged, all shipments will be sent out UPS Ground. If you wish expedited or blind shipping, collect or third-party billing, or any other shipping requests please indicate on Purchase Order or contact us to make special shipping arrangements.
■ Warranty Claims and Returns must be processed by MEI before shipping. Please contact our office @ 1-877-628-9238 to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and shipping instructions.
■ Our shipping department does not ship on weekends or holidays. MEI does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once your shipment has been picked up by the carrier, MEI is not liable for any damaged or lost orders. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim (save all packaging materials & damaged goods and take photos of the damage).
Please Note: We understand the urgency of rush orders & do our best to facilitate them, once your order is with the carrier shipping delays or delivery interruptions are out of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for status information.
■ All shipping related fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policies
■ MEI offers worldwide shipping for our repair & supply services. We provide multiple Pre/Pay or Collect Shipping Options, please contact us for more information.
■ Customs, Duties & Taxes are not the responsibility of MEI. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
